It depends on a number of factors. age. If you are peri-menopausal or menopausal then consideration should be given to HRT as some of your skin ageing and lines will be due to oestrogen loss. Secondly diet and . Things like alcohol, processed food, lack of omega 3 and collagen in the diet will have an effect on skin ageing. Thirdly, sun damage if the sun damaged skin has not been treated then this will be need to addressed. Lastly dermal fillers used and in the right way will help to address these concerns.
